Following an exceptional career, acclaimed international ballet superstar Carlos Acosta brings his newly established company, Acosta Danza back to the UK.
For this second tour, in which Acosta himself makes a guest appearance, the vibrant Cuban company will perform new and existing ballet and contemporary works, including Paysage, Soudain, la nuit by visionary Swedish choreographer, Pontus Lidberg; iconic Rooster, choreographed by Christopher Bruce to music by the Rolling Stones; and a new work by Juanjo Arques, whose latest work Ignite, commissioned by Birmingham Royal Ballet, premiered at Birmingham Hippodrome in October 2018, amongst others.
