The forum has a public character so it can be consulted by any internet user, either Cuban or foreign. Every one interested can participated by sending messages about the debated topic which can be written as articles, opinions, critics, suggestions, questions and comments to messages already published by the forum. Organizers would like to thank the participation of intellectuals, artists and Cuban culture personalities, of UNEAC and Hermanos Saiz Cultural Association, (AHS) members and of executives and and members of Cuban cultural institutions especially of artists, specialists and all those interested in the subject.
