Gente de Zona

23 May 2017

Details

7 - 11pm

Gente de Zona's energetic and irresistible sound first became known in Cuba, where the group formed in Havana in 2000. After a change in personnel, GDZ settled as a core duo with founder Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcolm and began to storm the Latin charts.

As featured performers on Enrique Iglesias' 2014 song of the year Bailando, GDZ's appeal was clear from the track's catchy rhythm as well as from the video, which has had almost two billion views on YouTube.

After collaborations with Pitbull and Juan Magan, in 2015 Gente de Zona sealed their chart success with La Gozadera and Traidora, both in collaboration with Marc Anthony. In April 2016 the group released their third album Visualízate including the hit single Más Macarena in collaboration with Los Del Río.

Tonight marks their debut as a headline artist in London.

The full Gente de Zona live show is preceded by The LUKAS 2017 Awards ceremony.

Age restriction 14+ (accompanied by an adult and must be sat in circle)
